Edgewood Realty Partners, LLC (“Edgewood”) is a West Coast real estate investment firm that invests both in stable, well performing commercial real estate projects, as well as projects experiencing some sort of distress and in need of hands-on, aggressive management to add value and successfully reposition a property for sale or a long term hold.

As a secondary objective, Edgewood may invest opportunistically in mortgage loans on commercial real estate projects where the underlying real estate project has failed to perform as expected. In this case, Edgewood will either work with the borrower to bring the loan current, or pursue fee title to the property.

Edgewood was founded in 2004, and its principals average 25 years of experience in the real estate industry.
