Matthew Kim joined Edgewood Realty Partners in 2025 as an Acquisition & Development Analyst. Since joining Edgewood, Matthew has been actively involved in conducting financial analysis and assisting the acquisition and development team across various activities, including identifying investment opportunities, conducting market research, performing due diligence, and supporting construction management. Additionally, Matthew is involved in the conceptual planning, entitlement, and budget creation phases of Edgewood’s developments. Prior to joining Edgewood, Matthew was formerly employed at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He has a B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from USD.
